Stomach Rules

No matter what your state of health good nutritious food is very important – if your health is compromised it becomes essential. There are several stages to getting the nutrition from the food we eat

1. Choose top quality, toxin free fresh produce, that is compatible with your blood group
2. Cook or prepare in a way that preserves or enhances the natural goodness, vitality and nutrition.
3. Consume with enzymes either natural or added to the meal, especially if your liver and or pancreas is compromised.
4. Respect the meal and allow adequate time resting after for digestion, eat at the right times, best never after 7.30 pm. Small amounts regular through the day will be easier on a delicate system.
5. Don’t flush the food through your stomach after eating with volumes of liquid – drink before a meal, only small amounts with or after.
